Customer decided to launch a new category of products and services in their retail clubs. The project involved the implementation of order to cash and rebate processes in SAP® and SAP® Incentives & Paybacks. Our consultant handled implementing invoice generation in SAP® via Idocs for the new products and integrated sales in SAP® to SAP® Incentives & Paybacks for rebate calculations. The project was implemented within a short span and went live with no issues. Our consultant also worked on integrating SAP® PMR (Promotion Management for Retail) tool to SAP® Incentives & Paybacks. This saved a lot of man hours as business used to update hundreds of agreements in SAP® Incentives & Paybacks manually with bonus buys and rebate information.
Our consultants worked as a lead production support consultant for Finance, Order to Cash, Demand Planning and Produce to Pay processes. He single handedly supported various enhancement requests related to workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and output forms within various SAP® modules. They worked with business and also worked with the development team in completing the enhancements.
Customer decided to roll-out Incentives & Paybacks solution for broker commissions. Three Point Circle was involved in scoping the project, design, development, testing, user training and hypercare after go-live. The Incentives & Paybacks solution used by other business group within the organization found to be of no use to be rolled out due to the huge GAP in the requirements from both businesses. As a result, a completely new set of configurations and development was performed. Although time consuming to build from scratch, the solution was implemented with more out of the box solution and utilized limited code development with smart design from the Three Point Circle's consultants. The system delivered was better in performance and could handle a high volume of transactional data processed to disburse commissions to the brokers.
The customer acquired a new business from Europe. The project involved onboarding the new business to SAP® and the existing technology landscape. The project involved setting up new organization within SAP®, set up new plants, products and training the business users to use SAP®. The project also involved moving the new business away from paper-invoicing to sending invoices via email. This saved a lot of man hours and money to the customer. Our consultants played a key role in this acquisition project from the design to go-live.
Our consultants worked with one of the largest pharmaceutical company to setup DevSecOps Practices from ground up. This effort included architectural references, ADRs, (Architectural decision records), Standards established and benchmarked on Gitlab, Github and Ansible Tower. Our consultants fully built out a CI/CD pipeline for several active projects which helped our client promote code from Dev to Prod at a rapid pace.
Our consultants have extensive experience in Site reliability engineering and are pioneers in setting up SRE practices for out clients. One of our clients are the largest HealthCare call center Fortune50 company. We setup the benchmark for SRE practices for them significantly reducing their MTTD / MTTR(Mean time to detect/resolve) , End to End visibility in tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk, noise reduction in alerting, and automated incident remediation.
